By far our most popular cheese! Made from a creamy blend of root vegetables and tofu, it's almost indistinguishable from real nacho cheese. Except that our cheese has no cholesterol and a fraction of the sodium and fat. Spicy and delicious, with no soy taste! This cheese is also gluten-free.

The name makes us giggle. We would have named it Rockstarella, because it rocks! But then nobody would really get it. Mockstarella is an oat-based spreadable cheese, similar in texture to the fresh Italian cheese that comes packed in water. This cheese contains no soy products.
Mockstarella is fantastic on crackers or toasted french bread and in sandwiches with a little tomato and basil. But it's also great as a battered and fried cheese! Swizz is a high-protein, nut-based cheese. It contains no soy products and is gluten-free. Swizz is a sliceable cheese that is perfect for sandwiches, cheese platters, fruit plates and other hors d'oeuvres. We make a mean Reuben Casserole with it!
